Terms of Service Hey there! We're thrilled to have you here at Summa Laundry, where we take your laundry game to the next level. Before you jump in, we just want to lay down some ground rules so we're all on the same page, keeping everything clear and friendly. #### Pick-Up & Delivery We're all about convenience! When scheduling your laundry pick-up, make sure someone’s around to hand off your load or leave it in a safe spot. We'll take care of it from there and return it fresh and clean. If for some reason we can’t get to your place as planned, we’ll keep you in the loop. Just remember, our delivery times aren’t set in stone but they’re pretty solid! #### What's In Your Bag? Please double-check that you've sent only machine-washable items. While we love a good challenge, dealing with non-machine-washable items isn’t our jam. Also, check those pockets—last week we found a rogue banana! Whatever is left in there might not make it back safe and sound. #### Payments & Fees Easy-peasy payments are what we strive for. We accept credit cards and will process payments when your freshly laundered goodies are set to return. Should anything unexpected pop up affecting costs (like a sequined outfit needing extra TLC), we'll shoot you a heads-up first. #### Cancellation Policy Life happens, and plans change—no biggie! If you need to cancel or reschedule a pick-up or delivery, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
