How does the service work?
Schedule a pickup. We collect, wash, fold, and deliver your laundry back to you, saving you time and hassle.
What items are included in bag pricing?
Everyday laundry like clothing, towels, and standard household linens are included in bag pricing. Specialty or oversized items (e.g., comforters, pillows, blankets, pet beds) are priced separately and listed on our Add-Ons & Specialty Items page.
How do I schedule a pickup?
You can schedule a pickup directly through our online booking system—just choose your preferred date and service frequency, and we’ll handle the rest.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No — you can leave your laundry bag in a designated safe spot (porch, lobby, with concierge, etc.) and note pickup instructions in the booking form.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred pickup window, especially for weekly or biweekly service plans.
What happens if I have specialty items?
Specialty items should be listed separately in your order. If we need to adjust pricing due to size or care requirements, we’ll always notify you before processing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — you can modify or cancel your pickup through the booking system before processing. Because we operate on a flexible, bag-based model, there are no long-term contracts.
Do you offer same-day service?
