What is included in Standard Wash & Fold?

Each service includes one standard laundry load per pickup. Weekly and Biweekly plans include one load per scheduled pickup. One-Time service includes one load per booking.

Laundry exceeding the included standard load will be weighed and billed at $2.25 per pound.

Can I send more than one bag?

Yes. You are not limited to one bag. Any additional volume beyond the included standard load will be weighed and billed at $2.25 per pound.

How does pricing work?

Standard Wash & Fold is priced per load. Additional volume beyond the included load is billed at $2.25 per pound. Specialty services may have separate pricing structures. Seasonal Wash, Sort & Donation pricing is based on final weight after pickup, with confirmation provided before processing.

How does Seasonal Wash, Sort & Donation pricing work?

Seasonal services are priced based on total weight after pickup. Items are weighed upon arrival, and a custom quote is provided before processing begins.

What if I don’t agree with the custom quote?

If the custom quote is declined after pickup, a $45 pickup and processing fee applies to cover travel and intake handling.

Do you offer donation services?

Yes. For Seasonal Wash, Sort & Donation, we separate keep and donate items and provide photo/video confirmation before donation drop-off. Donation drop-off is available after client approval.

Do I need to wash clothes before scheduling?

No. Standard Wash & Fold and Seasonal Wash, Sort & Donation include washing and drying. For Laundry Reset (Sorting & Folding Only), items must be freshly washed and completely dry prior to pickup.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard service turnaround is approximately 48 hours from pickup.

Expedited service provides priority processing with return in 24–36 hours when capacity allows. Availability is confirmed at booking.

Can I include special instructions?

Yes. You may include care preferences or special handling instructions when booking, and our team will follow them carefully.

How will I know when my laundry is picked up and delivered?

You will receive service notifications for pickup and delivery so you’re always informed.

Do you partner with local laundromats?

Yes. Summa Laundry operates through select off-hour production partnerships with local laundromats to maintain reliable turnaround times and scalable capacity.

We also offer pilot pickup and delivery partnerships for laundromat owners interested in expanding revenue without managing logistics, marketing, or customer service. Partnership availability is limited and evaluated based on operational alignment.
