What is included in one standard load?

Each service includes one standard laundry load per pickup. Additional volume beyond the included load is weighed and billed at $2.25 per pound.

Can I send more than one bag?

Yes. You are not limited to one bag. Any additional volume is simply billed at $2.25 per pound.

How does the service work?

Schedule a pickup. We collect, wash, fold, and deliver your laundry back to you, saving you time and hassle.

What items can you wash?

We wash most fabric items, including clothes, linens, and towels. However, we do not handle heavily soiled or specialty items.

What items are included in bag pricing?

Bag pricing applies to everyday laundry, including clothing, underwear, socks, pajamas, workout wear, towels, and standard household linens. Specialty or oversized items such as comforters, duvets, pillows, mattress pads, pet beds, and bulky items are priced separately and listed on our Add-Ons page.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours from pickup. Expedited service (24–36 hours) is available based on capacity.

Do I need to select add-ons when booking?

No. Add-ons are optional and do not need to be selected at checkout. If specialty items are included in your order, we’ll review them and notify you of any additional pricing before processing.

How long does laundry service take?

Turnaround times vary by service volume and schedule. Most orders are returned within 48 hours. We’ll confirm timing at pickup.
